By submitting a file or design for printing, you confirm that you own it or have the right to reproduce it. Responsibility for the origin, legality and intended use of any file rests with you — I print to order from the files you provide and don't verify where a design comes from or who holds the rights to it. I therefore accept no liability for copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property claims relating to customer files, nor for the end use of finished items. I also reserve the right to decline any order at my discretion, including anything illegal, unsafe or restricted (for example weapons or weapon parts).
Printer or process error: if a print fails due to equipment malfunction or an error on my part, I'll reprint it at no extra cost.
File-related issues: if a print fails because of the supplied file (e.g. insufficient wall thickness, unsupported geometry, incorrect scale), the cost of materials and machine time for a reprint is charged to the client — I'll always flag any concerns with your file before printing wherever possible.
Unforeseeable failures: occasional failures can happen even with a correctly prepared file. In that case, I'll do one free reprint; a further attempt on the same file is charged at cost. Any print issue is always happy to be discussed case by case — just get in touch.
